A robot Dancing, Helping Learning for Autistic Children

Britain will introduce a robot that can dance around the public school classroom to help children with autism.

One Topcliffe Primary School in Castle Vale, Birmingham already feeling the positive benefits that robots can dance since it was introduced last March.

The little robot kid's knee can imitate Michael Jackson dancing, playing games and imitating martial Tai Chi.

The robots are being studied using the technology that can help children with autism in Birmingham as part of the Festival of Social Science.

"We're developing how technology can be petrified students with autism to communicate well," said the Birmingham Education University researcher Dr Karen Guldberg told skynews.com

Pupils with autism helped their teachers to use advanced technology to assist the teaching and learning activities in the classroom. "Robots in the Design has a good behavior and act as a friend."

This idea was started earlier studies that prove that children with autism tend to be more interested in computers and technology, especially as motivating and interesting. These robots can help children to be social and communicative interaction.

"This robot is amazing in the learning process of children with autism," said Head of School Kindergarten Topcliffe. "You can program the A robot language, play games and learn a variety of children's behavior. Going forward, we will try to implement the robot not only in school but at home."
