Maintain a healthy weight
The more obese you are, the harder your heart has to work to provide nutrients to the body. Body fat makes you more susceptible to heart problems. Therefore, avoid junk food and maintain a healthy weight to ward off health problems.
Sports are important
To maintain a strong heart and life, exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. Daily exercise helps more efficient pumping of blood throughout the body and also helps to reduce a lot of other problems, such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, and stress. Exercise also helps improve blood sugar levels.
Eating well
Eat foods that are rich in fiber and low in fat. Eat more dark green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, beans, whole grains, and fish.
